Serial Trigger
4-12 MS-9 Scanner User’s Manual
Serial Trigger
Note: Serial Data or Serial Data & Edge triggering mode must be enabled for Serial
Trigger Character to take effect.
Usage: Allows the user to define the trigger character that initiates the read
cycle.
Definition: An on-line host command composed of a single ASCII host serial trigger
character that initiates or ends the read cycle.
Serial Trigger Character is considered an on-line host command and
requires the same command format as all host commands: that is, to be
entered within angle brackets delimiters < >.
