Tube/Cap Detection Output 3
Note: Output On under Output 3 Parameters must be set to Tube/Cap Detection
(as
shown below)
for this output to function.
Under Output 3 Parameters, expand the Tube/Cap Detection line.
Important: The Tube/Cap Detection Output 3 default setting for Output On is Absence.
Presence
Based on the mode selected (Tube Detection or Cap Detection), the output will be
asserted if the read cycle results in a Presence condition.
Absence
Based on the mode selected (Tube Detection or Cap Detection), the output will be
asserted if the read cycle results in an Absence condition.
Unknown
Since there is no “Tube Unknown” condition, the output will be asserted if the read cycle
results in an
Absence
condition and if the Tube/Cap Detection mode is set to Tube Detection.
If Tube/Cap Detection mode is set to Cap Detection, the Unknown condition will output
normally.
